Beer Cheese Soup

4 Chicken Bullion Cubes
1 Can Beer
1 Qt. Water
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Cup Diced Onions
1 ½ Cups Diced Potatoes
1 (20 Oz. Pkg.) frozen Broccoli, Carrots and Cauliflower
2 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1 lb. Package processed cheese Cut into cubes-Velvetta*

In a large stock pot dissolve bullion in water. Add beer. Bring to a simmer. Then add celery, onions and potatoes.

Cook 15 minutes. Add frozen mixed vegetables. Cook 5 minutes longer and then add soup and cheese. Cook till heated through and cheese is melted.

* We used almost all of the Velveeta cheese as we like it
