Banana
and Peanut Butter Snack
I buy bananas both for Ross and for me, but they usually all get ripe at the same time and have to be used.
I melt peanut butter (1 cup), dip bananas sliced in about 2" slices in it, then roll in crushed (rolling pin over zip lock bag) bran flakes or raisin bran. Put on cookie sheet - freeze - store in zip lock bag. A tasty snack.
